There are times Customers will change the Administrator Password from "multiflex"
Below are the instructions on how to reset this in the Registry
*Note-this is best done by us, we do not want customers to change anything else in these settings *
To reset the administrator password you will have to open the Registry Editor. If you are running Windows 7 you will have to open regedit or regedit.exe. If you are running Windows 10 you will have to open Registry Editor.
Once Registry Editor is open you will have to follow the following file path:
Computer>HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Abekas>CMP>pass
Once you have the pass folder open, you will have to delete the sa file within the pass folder. Once this file is deleted you will be able to login to the administrator account using the default multiflex password
