Carbonites can Control other Ross Devices using the RossTalk protocol. Please see the cutsheets below to set this up on your Carbonite. RossTalk uses TCP port 7788 by default, You will need to make sure this port is open on your network or that your Firewall is turned off for the RossTalk connection to be established.
