Summary
Below is a quick guide to collect Piero logs and configuration files. For backing up and restoring assets and configuration, see Backing up and Restoring Piero Configuration.
Procedure
- Open the Piero Launcher from the Desktop
- In the Launcher, select the Launch the Asset Manager button at the bottom of the window
- Inside the Asset Manager, go to the Maintenance tab, and then select the Create Bug Report button
- In the dialog window that appears, select an appropriate name and save location for the .pierozip file, then hit the Save button
- The log file is now ready to be sent to Ross Technical Support.
