Have you completed a DIW for this upgrade? Here is the link to the DIW form that needs to be completed prior to an OverDrive Upgrade. Please let us know in the description of your ticket that this has been completed.
Have you verified the license on the XPression system is up to date?
Please open the licensing tool on this XPression system with your XPression software closed and press the Update button and step through the update process of the license tool.
Once you have updated the license, please take a screenshot or picture of this and attach it to your email request.
