With the use of the technical support ticketing system comes the Ross support portal which gives the ability to view all tickets you have requested or have been CC'd on.
To log into the Ross support portal:
1. Navigate to rossvideo.com, Support - Contact Technical Support
2. The Ross Video Help Center page will open. In the top right corner there is a Sign In/Register option. Use this to login or register a new account.
3. Once logged in you can open your activities by selecting your name in the top right corner where there was previously the Sign In/Register option, then selecting My Activities.
4. You will then be directed to a page that has all tickets that you have submitted or you are CC'd on. These can be filtered by status and opened from this page.
