If an UCCI is not reachable by internal ping - either at 192.168.12.120 for Primary or 192.168.12.130 for Secondary, an SD recovery is the next step to restore functionality.
Note that an UCCI is hotswappable while the frame is on- know that without the UCCI, the Ultrix won't be externally available via network.
This will require a microSD USB card reader and a PC.
Phase 1 - SD Card preparation
- Remove the microSD card from the UCCI.
- Insert the microSD card into the USB reader, and into the PC.
- When the microSD card appears in Windows Explorer, right click it, and select Format.
- Format the drive as FAT32.
- A warning will appear regarding all data will be erased on the SD card. Press OK.
- Format should report as complete. Press OK.
- Close the Format window.
